senior lieutenant-Slt
-A full officer and can lead a platoon or Company From here on he/She is no longer a junior officer and may overview NCO's and give out some missions.
lieutenant 1st class-Lt1
-halfway through junior officer training and from here on all punishment is increased drastically.
-May start work as a Company XO and company staff.
lieutenant 2nd class-Lt2
-Leads as squad leaders and allowed to be platoon XO's.
senior warrant officer-Swo
-Now a full warrant officer in charge of the site moderating and anything needed done on the site for the officers.
-will be Squad XO's so they may get a taste of officer work. (must be XO to a senior Officer.)
warrant officer-Wo
-Now considered a junior officer and must go to officers trainings to be ranked up.
-In charge of being XO's of platoons but not CO's.
-Site monitor and partial moderator.
sergeant major-Smaj
-This is the leader of the NCO's and is command of Attack issued to all NCO led squads if allowed by the Army CO or XO.
-Will Make Assignments for NCO commanders who will issue them to their squads.
senior sergeant-Ssgt
-Allowed to be a Platoon XO.
-Will help conduct and run Cadet training.
-XO of the Russian NCO's
sergeant-Sgt
-Allowed to lead full Squads at this point and is a full Squad CO
-No longer required to go to cadet trainings
-starting now will be ranked by Behavior and control of assignments.
junior segeant-Jsgt
-Allowed to be squad Xo's
-A junior NCO not required to go to Cadet training but will look good for promotion Board
-Helps Squad leader do his job and command the squad.
-Takes over for squad CO When he is away.
lance corporal-Lcpl
-Allowed to be 2nd Xo's to a squad
-Recruit
-Do The Assignments given by Squad leaders
-Not yet an NCO must go to cadet trainings
private-Pvt
-Not yet an NCO must go to Cadet trainings
-Recruit for the Red Army
-Follow orders of superior Soldiers
-Do The Assignments given by Squad leaders.
